Hi rsehorse,i have embird and it is very easy to change formats. I got my embird through www.secretsof.com and i only bought it to be able to open my embroidered files,i can see them stitch out in this program and also resize if need to. It has many different parts , cross stitching, making fonts. If you do a search you can get it for trail time to see if you like before buying it. I don't have address sorry. Hope this helps you, :)Denise.

I use free Wilcom TruSizer, it's free but I still get confused when I try to change them, I can resize easily though. Some use Pulse Ambassador but I have trouble using it too.

I now have Embird but I still use Wilcom Truesizer to change formats. It is a free download and is really easy to use. Download it and if you have problems just ask here for help!
