lol. I got a hold of my sons jeans when he was about that age with the little raveled cuts and started mending them shut when he told me he bought them that way. Really, "I told him, you brought jeans that were already worn out." It's a phase and they do outgrow the raggedy phase. Guess they also want to wear what their peers are wearing. Went to school one day and told him it looks like the students slept in their cloths. Remember not leaving the house until I ironed my cloths. lol

Your DH wants to bin the jeans ,my husband was digging around in our rag bag & found an old pr of his , full of tears etc & wanted me to mend them.Told him I would cut them up first
