Anybody else with problems getting registred at ABC-free-machine-embroidery-designs.com?

Had registered twice (first waited 24 hours then did it a second time like they say in the FAQ). Still got no mail and wrote them with the contact-sheet but again: Nothing :o(
Any ideas? Maybe they don't like mac-IDs?
