I have sent some emails to Metro threads and 10 days have gone and I have not had a reply. Is this usual please?

I am hesitating to place my first order with them for that very reason.

I received an e-mail with-in 24 hours and they were just swamped with orders. I would put "order question" in the subject line and send another e-mail. I don't think this is deliberate
