My Secret Santa item came in a padded package and the package had a hole in it. Thankfully the table runner inside was undamaged. This is the forth package in 2 months I have recieved damaged and I also have one sent in mid December that is MIA and have a case number on it. I filed a complaint with the Postal Service about all the damaged pacakages I've been recieving, because One Chrismtas swap (sent in a woven tyvek priority envelope) I did with another site was ruined. When I saw the rip in this package my heart sank, I thought on no not again! I will be camplianing some more. Some one needs to maintain their sorting machines somewhere on its way to me and this is getting old fast! I am afraid that the same sorting machine with damage something I send to someone too.

I am glad your gift wasn't damaged - did you load a picture of it with the other SS gifts?

The main thing is that the present was okay. But yes you should make -again- a complain.

YUp, I think the cutbacks have already happened from some of the packages I've been getting lately. I expect it will get worse rather than better. I've taken to double boxing items so they don't get broken.
