Has anyone ever tried to use the napkin ring designs as a towel hanger? Here is one example of what I'm thinking of, turned in to a towel hanger.

no i have not tryed this you would need to enlarge the whole thing a towel willnot fit in that wee hole !!??hugs

I was thinking of the hole being used as a point to put over a hook. I've seen several designs digitized as towel hanging loops.

You could use it the way it is and the hole for the napkin could be what you would put on a hook or like Carolyn (noah) thoughts are to enlarge it big enough to put the towel through like the napkin. If you figure it out would like to see how it comes out.

I'm going to give it a shot and see how it works. I'll post my answer on the projects page once I get it done. We are having a storm now, so will probably wait for more reliable power.
