Hello, Sarah. I use Marathon thread a lot and enjoy embroidering with it. My Bernina machines do very well with it, and since it is really cost effective, I buy the 5000 cones when I do large projects. Hope that will help.***

Where do you buy Marathon thread? The only ones I get here is Isacord and Rayon. You are from South Africa right? Hugs Louise

I use Marathon thread - I buy direct from the company. It is the best I've used so far.

Thank you all for taking the time to answer. To Louise, yes I do live in SA and I found Marathon thread on Bid or Buy. It is R18.50 a reel which is cheaper than Isacord. *4 all
