My latest digitizing endeavor...
I've been working on this one on and off for a few weeks.
The original graphic is a preset outline image in one of my graphics programs. I can stretch and distort at will, but I stick pretty close to realism with images like this.
It has 4540 stitches and 5 color changes. Its dimensions are 3.88 inches by 6.63 inches.
I haven't tried stitching it out yet.

You've done a nice job of capturing the light bulb. It's fun to mess around with shapes. Your light bulb and the bases texture looks quite real. Did you have a project in mind while you were working with this shape?

No, not really. I've been teaching myself how to digitize with geometrical shapes mostly. I tend to be minimalistic even with shapes that have more components such as this one. Its quirky and simple. I don't know what I'll with it.
... what I'll DO with it. LOL! Yep, its time for me to go close my eyes.
Time to put the light out so to speak.

What's your preferred format? Like I said, I want to stitch it out myself before I upload it.

I'll convert it to other formats if anyone is interested in trying it out. I wanted to stitch it out myself, though, before I uploaded into DBC. It looks good on the screen, but will it stitch out right? I won't know until I do.

It's lovely!!!! My machine stitches VP3 but my Embird can convert from other formats, so there shouldn't be any problem! Hugs, Lidia
