Got there today & I reckon there were about 50 machines in the queue.Tried out the arm on their machine & it still didn't work but at least I got to take the machine home to use but can't do embroidery. It looks like it will be a long wait & another 130K return trip.
Had a $10 off coupon for Spotlight & found some camel coloured woollen fabric that had been marked down to $3 ,so 3.7m ended up costing $1.10 for the lot

I really feel for you. I hate when my machine needs repair. At least (now) I have others I can still use, but it still makes me mad. Hope it is back with you soon. Hugs n roses, Meganne

So sorry about your machine taking so long to be repaired. I have been lucky and mine has not had to go to repair shop yet but I will be lost when it does but I do have a second love of knitting so that will help. There is always house work but we won't go there.

Have you tried to update your machine (again) with the latest update? That resets it and might help. You'll find it on the husqvarna site, see link.

think they ahve had some problems with the diamond. 50 machines in the cue is frightening to hear. Stick with my D1 for now lol. Hope they will get on with all the repairs for everyone concerned. good luck.

Shows what happens when you are away for a month without anyone replacing you. There were some old Berninas from the 60's there that I recognised

If you had removed the "arm" to do regular sewing, etc. and reattached it, their might be some dust, a pin, a scrap of fabric hidden under there that is keeping the connection from being made. Is the screen telling you to recalibrate? If not, the connection isn't there. If it is, try turning off and back on, then reattaching the arm again. Linda

Hopefully it won't be too long before you get it going again. At least you can still sew. Good luck.
