Writing a personal message? What steps do I take? I did it one time a long time ago and can't remember how. Thank you in advance

First find the screen name of the Cutie you want to send a pm to. Then click on the 'private' tab at the top (next to the personal tab). On the right of the screen there is a link that says 'private message'. Click on that and write your message as usual. Under the 'to' section you type in the screen name of the person.
