Dress for Georgie
A dress made for my GD, knowing that she will probably never wear it as she likes jeans and shorts. If she does not like the dress it will go to the Aids babies.

Sarah what a lovely dress - I really love the fabric that you used for this - this will make Georgie and another little girl look so cute.

Yes they like jeans/shorts but some girls like the dresses too as they can twirl around in them. This looks great for whoever gets to own it.

This dress is so beautiful. Anna would love it (but she is much too big ;o)
I'm sure Georgie will love it although she prefers jeans regularly. This will look also nice as a tunika over trousers and like Christa wrote: Every girl likes it when it twirls ;o)
Greetings, Bettina

I just love making pretty things for Georgie but she is not impressed.
So make just nice shirts for Ben and then she will come and ask you to do soemthing for her again ;o)
Good idea Bettina
Love the tunic top over trousers idea.

Its beautiful. Reminds me of the dresses my momma used to make for me when I was little... oh so long ago. Its a classic little girl pattern that will never go out of style.

Sarah this is beautiful and I do hope that you are able to get a picture of Georgie in it. As others say it could be worn over jeans or shorts

I am off to Johannesburg next Saturday. Hopefully I will be able to take a picture of her in the dress, although I think it is a little bib. Thank you Caroline for comment

Colorful and she will look adorable wearing it especially since it was made special for her by her grandmother.

Oh how cute and wonderful that if she doesn't wear it you will donate to the AIDS babies. Sarah that is so wonderful that you do that! Innocent children with a disease so terrible that words can't describe it.

Thank you Debra. We have so many Aids babies/ children here in SA with Aids - so very sad. My daughter gives all the twins old clothes to an Aids organization in Johannesburg.
