I downloaded several designs back in 2008, however, I can't locate them and they don't show under my account history. I was hoping to download them again from the history. Does anyone know how to contact the website to see if they will send them to me again?

Did you buy them or were those downloads part of a membership? Or daily freebies?
If you bought them they should be in your history or download-files. If you dl them while using your membership this is not registered in your history nor in the downloadfiles. Same of course for daily freebies.
