Hi how do I use my membership. I need help and I can't get in touch with the suport people. Im so lost and I have tried for 4 days. I did all the things I can on the suport page and I paied by paypal the link I get just lets me buy nothing else. Joyc

Please don't add the designs to cart you just click on the pic and then there is a green tab on the right "Free Download for members": That's yours ;-)
Hope you have much fun with your membership; for the alpahs the best is to dl the packs (saves a lot of time *lol*).
