An upcycling project. Yes its another mug rug, lol! It is made out of two blouses that had stains and where headed for the trash can until I thoughy, hummm Those flowers would be cute in a mug rug and the other shirt matches for the backing and binding. I hand quilted this around each flower and butterfy while we unwind in front of the TV at the end of the day. Hubby has control of the remote, so I look for things to do while he channel surfs, lol!

Very pretty...I need to find me a pattern for mug rugs and make myself some of these.

I have a friend that told me one time, that I was the only person she knew that when I looked at something that was to be discarded, I could "see" something totally different from it. Good recycle.Love your emb design, where is it from,please?-Toogie

This was embroidered on the shirt and as some beads in the center of the flowers. I thought it was just to cute to tossin the trash.
