This is a cushion cover made from organic unbleached cotton. It was made for a friend who wanted it as a gift to her daughter who now lives in Melbourne, Australia. My friend chose the design as her daughter is Welsh. On the reverse of the cushion I embroidered that it was a gift to Kat from her mother. This set of to Australia at the start of the week so it should have arrived by now

I should have added that after the design was loaded into the machine I got my friend to press the button to start it off so she could say she had helped stitch it out

The daughter isn't doing door to door sales, is she? Funnily enough I had a young Welsh lady knock on my door yesterday (outer suburbs of Melbourne). Her sales didn't interest me, but she was lovely and wanted to meet my foster greyhound as they rescue them from Ireland at home. She said if her mum had been with her they'd have taken Sox home with them :)
Nice job on the embroidery!

The mother must have been excited to press the start button and watch the design stitch out for her daughter. Your a wonderful friend to help her out with the project.
