not embroidery but it may help those who are not well

I cannot help but notice the amount of cuties that are not well and thought i would let them know about a little veg that is cheap tasty and very very healthy especially if juiced, go to the link below and read up on it. It may just save your life. I use my juicer every day sinc ei bought it just two weeks ago and boy have i noticed a difference in how i feel and others have noticed how well i actually look. sorry to sound like an advert but word of mouth is better than a million pound telly advert any day
check out the benifits of beetroot too just google.Just one more bit of info you may not be aware of
antibiotics kill off the friendly bacteria in the gut and cause digestive problems. this is what happened to me. to overcome this simlply have natural yogurt every day you are on them Now why did the doctor not tell me this in the first place. perhaps he isn't aware of it.

Thanks for the great tips. I think often doctors presume that we are aware that antibiotics destroy good bacteria and do not bother to tell us. If I am given antibiotics (which I try NOT to take) I eat lots of yogurt and take a good Probiotic.

Am so pleased that you are feeling great, and the best is using natural stuff and not prescription meds.

My favorite is called Noni Juice from French Polynesia! I havent had in years because of expense, however I called it my Happy Juice! I think I may start juicing with you! Can't make me feel any worse!

Be careful mixing yogurt and antibiotics. Some don't mix well with milk products and milk can make the antibiotic not work as well as it should. Check with your Dr. and if they don't mix, eat the yogurt after the course of antibiotics :)

there is adifference between live yogurt and milk, Milk causes a mucus linning inside the gut stopping the absorbtion of vitamins and minerals.this is why many folk will also drink milk to coat the lining in the stomach before going drinking as it slows down the absorbtion of alchohol.yogurt is a dairy product but it has live good bacteria in it unlike milk that has none

Annie, thank you for this link. Years ago I bought an electric juice machine to drink carrot/celery juice and sometimes added beetroot as well. It was a bit elaborate, especially with the washing up of all the pieces. I started doing it every day, then I did it every now and then, then forgetting it altogether. I will re-start tomorrow morning! Thank you again. Hugs, Lidia

the new models only take about three minutes to clean and can take whole fruits so no need to cut the food up first.only three sections to mine. check the jason vale juicer website

My husband loves beets and I don't. We started juicing a couple of years ago and its an easy way
to get your vegies. We use all kinds of vegies including beets and they are very nice juiced.
I make our own yogurt, bread, etc. Its easy once
you get used to it and way better than storebought.

Sorry to say, but I don't know what a Noni fruit is. Please tell me where to find out about this little(or big) miracle fruit. I use beets and carrots, celery in a juice basicly everyday to help me overcome the chemo. I also add rosemary in small quantities and put rosemary in my shampoo. to strenghthen the hair. Be careful with rosemary if you have bloodpressure problems, it can increase the pressure. Lovies.****

The noni is a big tree, beautiful broad green leaves and a weird looking fruit LOL, I have 3 trees at home, sorry I can not offer them agriculture will not alow it, but there is a company in Hawii that sells it by gallon, a friend of mine buys it from them it is not cheap but she is now CANCER free!!!! I believe is around 60 dollars but remember you only use 18oz mix with 12 of honey and 12 of melasa I do not know the web site but you may googled.
