Here is a picture of "My three airmen". Only one is active duty at this time. The "old man" is my DH of nearly 48 years, the one on left is my older GS. And the middle - our new airman. He is curretnly in tech school. He is loving it so far, and is doing what he has wanted to do for a long time. We wish him luck.

Here is a picture of both my grandson's hands with their airman's coins. DH forgot his coin - we will have to try to get a pic when Marc comes home.

Thank you - my DH said that he wished he could go back. He told Marc that he is jealous that he would love to be doing what he is doing the next couple weeks. You can see his bars that he wears on his hat now. LOL It sure was cold in San Antonio that day.

Welcome to another Air Force member. At Thanksgiving I always have had the pleasure of having some airmen at my home for the Holiday.I am close to Randolph A.F.B. but most are from Lackland.Congratulations

Marc will be there for 3 1/2 more months, doing his training at Lackland. ANd thank you for taking the time to honor the service men with Thanksgiving dinners. Some have no one to "sponser" them, and that is so great.

Yes - we could not believe how much he changed in the 9 weeks we did not see him. We may not recognize him at all the next time we get to see him. I told him he will always be my little "Beach Digger". A name I gave him when we did the beaches together and he loved to dig in the sand.
