I am looking for a luggage tag that wraps around the luggage handle.
Anyone know where I can find this?

These posts have lots of tag links. But not necessarily what you are looking for. You can make any of them go around the handle with elastic or ribbon.

If you're asking about the one I found on secrets, yes, it does fit in a 4 x 4 frame
nope, sorry, I am totally wrong. It fits in a 5 x 7 frame
