Hi gals and guys - I've just made a Pillowcase dress for Aqualina who will turn 2 next week 17th February. I love little girl's dresses and this one is in pink, green and dark pink florals. This is done in 4 fat quarters - I've made mine 16 inches long by 6 inches wide - 4 front and back (this is for a 2 year old - you could make them longer for an older child) and then a panel across the bottom which was 7 inches wide by the finished width of the dress when all sewn together. It's really a quick dress to do. It's based on the Pillowcase dress. Love Chris

Meant to tell you - you fold the 7 inch border in half and sew it to the bottom of the four panels, which makes it a 3 and a half inch border. Love Chris

Thanks Anita - we've actually had a very mild summer - for Newcastle anyway. Some places have been so hot you could fry an egg on the pavement! We've had lots and lots of rain!!!!!! Love Chris
