well I am not ot happy with the face on this one as it looks like the wrong choice of colours, I went with the reccomended colours but doing skin is such of tough call! He is overall to pale?

On any kind of skin showing you want to use the color flesh by robinson antone. I t looks really great and so real. peach is too peachy color. Flesh is much better. That's all I use in doing the face, arms legs. feet or whatever flesh is showing. Try it. I promise you will not be disappointed. Roberta

This is a great design. Maybe you can fill in with fabric markers close to the color you need for the skin.

I know that took a while to stitch out. Its obvious you put your heart into it. All in all, I like the design, but you're right about the colors not being right for the face. I'm guessing if you had had a soft peach toned thread choice, you would have used it, right? Maybe a light tan?
