when you sew on craft foam is it best to do an applique style? & do you let it show or cover it up? I want to do a welcome sign & I have created the letters in an applique style & am wondering if this would work with the foam?

I have only ever used this foam with designs that are specifically digitised for it. Puffy foam being used to give the design a raised effectfrom the fabric these designs coverthe foam completely

It could/should work rather well. I wouldn't want it to show, myself.
