I wasn't sure what a bubbly dress is so I googled it and I am more confused. What constitutes a dress being called a bubble dress I say soooo many different styles. Please somebody explain

I don't know what an is ex full skirt is, but here are a few places I have reviewed. Made some skirts for the granddaughter, and thought I looked at this but I never made one.

I see now this is what we here in the UK would call a puff-ball skirt. it was a language problem lol
