CUTE, now did you stitch your rose after the complete construction of your table runner and through all layers?

Another great one. Made mine today but didn't like the way the ends would open up. so cut and put a batten inside and restitched it then quilted the ends. liked it better. Now do you do anything other than embroider on the ends? I also stitched in the ditch up each side to keep batt in place.
