Find a good book or magazine and relax, maybe a warm bath, not hot, it may raise the blood pressure, and just soak or read and tell everyone to leave you alone for a while. Good luck and chill out.

I forgot, I wanted to mention ,that my sister lives in S W Missiouri. She recently remarried.She has a home in Rogers,Ark. I saw you said nw ark, so that's what I wanted to say. She also lived at Springdale, for a while. Hope you are still better-Toogie

So happy for you that your BP has come down. If your snowed in the barometric pressure could have been a factor with it getting high.
