Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a ITH cell phone pouch for 4x4 hoop. Somebody has asked me to make one but I do not think it is possible.

I find that I am not able to make many ITH things with my 4x4 limitation. I have a serger so I just decorate the material and make my own patterns for things and sew them together wih my serger (overlock machine). Here are some patterns I found on line that you might be able to use.

Stickbaer has some nice bags (you can buy designs as single from Tati the owner of Stickbaer). Maybe this will work for the phone?
Most of my favorite pages have them only for the 5x7hoop.
Purple hat has just sets for 15,-$ and I don't know how much your customer will pay for his pouch :o)

I was going to say that it might be easier to embroider some material and then use the regular sewing machine to make the pouch from it.

Depends on the size of the cell phone. I made one for mine some weeks ago. It measures 100.2 x 65 mm. That .2 mm can easily be taken off.

if it does not have to be 4 x 4 and you can sew tipnut has some patterns too
