where can i find fringe flowers . i think they are for on flip flops but i want them for the center of flowers on a quilt

Right here. If you go over to the google on the right and type in fringe, you will also get Miss V's instructions on how to do them. ;)

Go to my community site and click the picture of the fringe flower on the top right, It will download for you, It says you have to be signed in, but I messed up and you don't have to sign in, just click it.Once you stitch it all you have to do is snip the bobbin thread to make the fringe.

You just need to stitch it then snip the bobbin thread. there is a video on embroidery library.
