Beautiful people, I don't want you worrying about me, so just to let you know, that if I'm *quiet* at the moment, it's because the Chronic Fatigue & Fibro have taken over. <<< more >>>

<<< more >>> and I'm suffering chronic brain fog! It's really got a hold this time, and I'm having great trouble *talking* here. I’d rather have the pain than the brain fog. I’ll talk whenever I can, and I’ll come good eventually. Love you all, hugs and flowers, and don’t do anything I wouldn’t – I’ll be watching, haha.

Hope you get better soon, I can really understand exactly what you are going through I have had my husband with this, and it really is a horrible thing. He was finally told what it was almost 20 years ago are still has it and really no better.
I think it is about time they found out about it and wish they could find a cure. A lot of things to try but he has tried them all and still no better but we keep hoping one day soon there will be a cure
Kind Regards Dixie

Take care and rest up Ruthie. It's such a debilitating disease!! As dixie said it is about time something was found as a cure or at least more 'quality' time. *

Oh, Ruthie, I can sympathize with the 'brain fog' & fatigue being worse than the pain! I do so wish this were one of those diseases that was curable, or at least we could take something to clear the brain!!! Cyber-hugs, sweetheart, I know exactly where you are, and hope it clears soon! Love you, Marji

Thanks so much beautiful people, I'm really overwhelmed with your love and support, your lovely comments brought tears to my eyes, not difficult to do when I’m like this. Please forgive me for not answering you all individually, but I think you all understand why I can't. Love, hugs and flowers to you all.

Dearest Ruthie, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1988, 20 years ago. I understand. I never talk about it because people don't know what you are talking about. I have learned to live with it. the best thing you can do in my opinion is to exercise was unable to make my work out today and tomorrow I will suffer. I am 65 years old and I am in better physical shape than my 40 year old daughter, but I still suffer. Good things will come to you if you join an exerice group, I promise.

I know what you are saying about exercise katy, and I do as much as I can, which at the moment isn't much, I'm not safe on any exercise equipment when the brain is like this, I could hurt myself. You've had this almost as long as me, I've had it 25 years! I don't usually talk about it either, but if I go AWOL from here, my *Cute* family are very quick to send out the cavalry, beautiful and caring people that you all are! Thanks everyone.

Hoping you have a better day soon! It's amazing how much you can accomplish on a good day; how much you feel like doing something. I wasn't diagnosed with fibro, but degenerating disks (and arthritis), upper & lower back. Blessings to you!!
