I am *so* pleased with how this has turned out! The design took me five minutes to draw and about two hours to digitise! I know it's not perfect but it's much better than I hoped and I have made it into a card for a friend - and fellow embroiderer - who is in hospital.

dianned, this is great. I do not know how to digitise, but would like to learn and give it a try. What digitising program did you use? Really wonderful job - if you did this great your first time just think how good you will be after you really get the "hang" of it. Love it. *4U sue

I just used the Janome Customiser Easy Import that came with my machine. I can draw, it's the digitising bit that's taking its time! I'm now planning a protrait of one of my dogs, but first I have to do a simplified drawing of her!

Thanks for your answer. Please let us see the finished work of your dogs. Sue

Janome Customiser 2000 Easy Import - it came with my machine so I didn't have to spend any more money on digitising software! It's pretty basic which is quite adequate for me at the moment!
