I've been a very good girl, got up and was on the gp's doorstep at 9:00 AM. He took me in without an appointment and I came home with pure Penicillin to take for a week and another 500mg antibiotic to take for, well, let me see, there's 96 of them and I have to take 2 tabs 4 times a day? 12 days?
Hurts my brain to do math. LOL!!!
At least the redness had reduced in size so I was on the right track doubling up the meds I had left, even if only for one day.
We had this logistical problem with the hospital and Professor being down in Sydney and the only hospital nearby is the Public Hospital which is so overburdened and understaffed it takes hours to see anyone. Far better to see the GP and if necessary, he would send me by ambulance to the hospital, meaning instant admission. Thankfully it wasn't needed.
OK, well I need to go and lay down and I can't lift my laptop so I'm at Ray's mercy if he'll bring it in to the bedroom for me. Hmmm? don't like my chances. LOL!!!

Glad to hear the Dr. saw you and gave you an antibiodic. Now you should start to heal quickly and by the time the pills are gone the infection will be also. Get plenty of rest. I am sure Ray will see that your laptop is with you. Hugs, Mary
