I have found on my machine that when this happens. I have a larger size design than my machine will do. Or it is a different format. But in either one of these cases it always shows up on the flash drive. Good luck.

wow, it is very pretty. PE Design (Brother) says it has 77,655 stitches. My Brother picked it up ok but it tells me it will take 165minutes (2&3/4 hours)to sew at 800spm. Try downloading it in a differnt format??? xx

I went and dl this design. The size is 131.9 X 218.8 mm or 5.19 X 8.61. Unless you have a hoop big enough this is too large for your machine. I have the MC11000SE and this would not fit my 8 X 8 hoop. It will show up on your stick but it isn't going to load in your machine. You could try resizing it and see what happens. Hope this helps. I did reduce the design to fit my 200 x 200 hoop,I took it to 7.9" what am I doing wrong ?????

Wow, Monica this is a really beautiful design. Do you have the 11x7 hoop because if you do you can do it in that? I saved it in my Husqvarna Designer 1 under the 11x7 (150x240) and I had no troubles. I think you could decrease it a little I have a resize option on my machine and I just tried it in the 7x5 hoop (13x180) and it reduced the stitches down to 57955 instead of 79,000 in the large hoop. OK, well according to Embird the size for your hoop should be 7.87 x 7.87 maximum. If you try this size it should work for you. Let me know how it goes.

When you resize did you save it first and then load it on the usb and tried it again? I did it when I first started and resize a design and send it to my machine and then it doesn't show until I realized I must resize save it close it and then send it via USB then it will show on my machines screen. I downloaded the zip file and didn't have any trouble opening up the design. The only thing that I noticed right away was that there isn't a JEF format. Could that be the problem?

I have found this with my Janome. I downloaded the design in a differnet format, and then convert it to Jef. This usually works for me. I have the 300E.
