I am looking for a doll's face - but a very basic one that has closed eyes and a simple nose and mouth. Looked everywhere but haven't been successful.

In the DBC (Designs by Cuties) Martine (mops) has a sweet doll - that has closed eyes and a simple nose and mouth - perhaps you could take the face from it and use it or ask her to edit it and provide you with it.
