yikes I don't think sew! I have been told when that you just use a mild soap (very little) & gentley rinse it out! Never dump the water down the drain as this is glue! It will gum up your pipes, remove the water outside in a safe location, not where your best rose bush is! I hope that this is helpful! It's nice that I can help out for a change!Hugs Loralye
