It is amazing just how often I am thinking of contacting someone and they contact me or when I contact them they say they were just about to contact me. My daughters phone me in similar situations to your sons. Hope they have a great holiday

My sons always tell me I worry too much and I tell them they don't worry enough. Your boys will be fine and will back home before you know it. Stay busy and the time will pass quickly.

Last week our son and his newly engaged girlfriend went to the Bahamas on a cruise and we worried till they got to the cruise ship and then they said there would be no internet while at sea. They sent pictures and texts when they could so it helped our anxiety until they returned back to pick up Miss Kitty. Then another two hour drive back to their place and another text that they were home OK. We just worry about our kids that's what we do best. Hopefully by now they are safely in Jamaica and enjoying their vacation.

Mother's are like that, yes they are. My DH normally will not let us all fly on the same plane. He has flown around the world in his business, but when we do family trips - different planes. This last trip to see GS graduate basic, I was surprised, for he booked us all together, but the entire family was not flying out..maybe that is why. But, what a fun trip for your boys.

That is such a wonderful "Safety" thing to do. DH business also book the tickets like this.
It happened a little while back that quite a few from one company had a great loss.

They are always our children and as mothers we will always worry. Hope they have a wonderful holiday in Jamaica - my youngest daughter (now 38) was born in Jamaica. Hugs Sarah.

I understand!
I am never "grown-up" enough to even bear the waving goodbye. (plenty snot and tears).
Hope the absence goes quickly, and safe joyous returns.

Hope they are safely in Jamaica by now and enjoying the warm weather.
We should tell our family and friends that we love them, more often.
Love & hugs,
Jacqueline

How precious! My husband and I tell our two daughters that we love them every single day of the world. I grew up never having had a hug or an "I love you" from either parent ( not because they were bad parents--they are just very stoic)and I promised myself that my children would hear it all the time, and they do. One daughter is a high school teacher and she tells her students that she loves them every day, even as she has to correct their behavior. I'm so proud of her.
