I can do it from my laptop but not the PC. Haven't a clue why!

just an idea, do you use diffenent java versions on lap and pc? which one on the lap? we could check ours then
Not sure - both are Windows 7 though.
My hubby had the same idea, he thinks maybe Sue is running different engines on the 2 machines..like explorer on one and chrome on the other or firefox
No - both are Explorer but upgrading Java seems to have done the trick.
not mine updated java yesterday but have not tried today, perhaps I'll try after dinner...

I just downloaded the new blob from cuties, it is showing in my PED-Basic fine.

I've been able to upload to other sites (facebook, pinterest, dbs) just no luck whatsoever with dbc. :(

I have not had an answer yet to my support ticket either, have a feeling the website is not "staffed" on weekends...hopefully by tomorrow someone will notice......Vicki

OK......hubby just tried uploading for me from his laptop, he has all the lastest versions of all the browsers on it...that is not the issue, we tried, firefox, explorer 9.0 & chrome to no avail....can we get an A for effort......LOL

Thanks it's good to know I not the only one having trouble. Hopfully it will be fixed soon.

I don't know if it is a coincidence, but I have upgraded to the latest version of Java and it seems to be working now.
