Don't add them to the cart. Click on the picture and another screen will come up. On the right hand side you will see a download button.

Nothing should have to go in a cart. Look below the "add to cart" box on a design page. There should be a spot that says, Free Download for Members details. There is a rectangle Download box below those words, click the box and you go to a page with the format choices to download.

Click on the picture first which will bring up a new page where you can find the download button for members on the right side. Have fun downloading and welcome to Cute

I see you have gotten plenty of advise as to how to use your membership. There are tons of great designs and if you are like most of us, when we got our first membership, we went crazy loading all of the wonderful designs. I have been here a long time and I have never noticed any of the designs being deleted from her files. Veronika, however, adds news designs constantly! Have fun and welcome to the group! We have alot of fun here and learn alot from the experienced embroidery members!
