well here is my latest thread catcher! I have a couple of helpers coming today & these make a lovely little thankyou gift! Perfect timing thanks Awesome

you make 4 equal sided triangles mine are 7.5 inches & 3 of the 5.5 triangles & sew the smaller ones on top clip the points for nicer corners, sew each side on starting a quarter inch away from the point, sew on all three sides, then sew up each side & flip right side out fold tips down & center them tack on with your favorite buttons & your all set. I put batting in the middle of mine I just thought it would give more weight to it!I also tacked the top folds down but you don't have to as the buttons will hold it down

If I understood it correctly, the tutorial posted presents a big one piece of triangle that is folded and sewed to form the thread catcher. If I understood it correctly, you made yours the more difficult way.

well I just saw the posted one ffrom awesome & came up with my own pattern I thought it was very easy!
