My daughter has done one of those. She has such a sense of pride that it is something useful that she has made.

The link is not working. The knotted have 2 layers which is quite thick. The way to finish a single layer is to make vertical slits, fold over and cut a nip, then weave them through the next as you go around. Works great! Live Laugh Download Stitch!
