This is a kit sold by my Bobbin Lace Teacher. Not sure if you will be able to buy one as she is a great teacher but doubt if she will post out. If anyone wants the address just PM me. It is all felt and the feet are pipe cleaners. It should sit on a finger.

Yes it is. I was not happy with my first effort so pulled some of it apart and redid it.

I have been thinking that one of you clever digitisers might be able to come up with something like this to be made in the hoop. The feet are Pipe Cleaners but the rest is Felt. You can't see in the Pic but he has stitching on his front like feathers - same as on his wings.
