Soozie this looks great. I have seen quite a few done in different colours. Have not tried it myself but I like the idea. Hugs Marg

Hi, love your scarf, I note you only use 6 stitches, but do you knit it with just a plain stitch or plain one side and pearl the next row?
Thanks

It's pretty in those shades. Now I know for sure I put too many stitches on so that's why mine didn't curl.

how far apart do you knit the stitches if they are too close it will limit the curl i usually make mine approx one and a half to two inces apart...soozie

oh and the thickness of your wool factors in some wools in this net type wool is very course this one is a finer making it lighter and curls more eaisly

I saw it at Lincraft last week. About $10 a ball. The instructions come with it. Marg

Thanks so much. Unfortunately our Lincraft store closed last year.

this is just knitting the pattern is on the back of the label...ther is two types of this wool one is a very open weave and course (i saw thsi one at Lindcraft) and the one i have used is much finer web all you do is pick up 5 or 6 stitches about 2 inches apart along the top border then move along another 2 inches and place the loop over the first needle the to knit the first stitch and repeat to the endof the row and that is it
by snowbird42 07 Mar 2012
inches apart then another 2 " and place the loop over the first stitch on the left hand needle and use this loop the knit the first stitch and so on but as i said the instructions are on the inside of the wool....soozie
