I need help again!

I have an in-the-hoop towel hanger design.
I thought I had the instructions, but I can't find them. Can someone point me in the right direction? My main question is, what do I do about the hem of the corner that is within the stitch area. TIA~Nancy

I made a few of them. It does depend on where the hole is.. I would usually cut the hem because it is to thick for my machine.U

Usually the first hoop is the placement of the towel on the stabilizer. Then next may be the hole. I cut off as much of the towel corner as possible.

I got the design from one of the Cute sites. It's a BBQ spatula.

I am having fun. I need a birthday gift for a nephew of mine. I embroidered an apron with the words "Barbeque" from EmbLibrary, I think. It's really cute! And I want the towel to go with it.

It sounds like alexgrandma has the right answer. I would try to get rid of some of the thickness too. Good luck. will send you a email check for it

I believe that design comes from smartstitch. When I did mine after I stitched out the outline I then trimmed back the hem so that it wouldn't be so thick for the needle to go through. It worked out fine and my daughter-in-law loves it for exercise class

That is Smart Needle not smart stitch.

You are right. It was Smart needle! They have some cute designs there.

Yes indeed they do. I sewed out the turkey as a door hanger for Thanksgiving. It turned out very cute!
