I've just made a Butterfly purse from Garden Embroidery. I've got another one from Sue Dewsbury to try out sometime over the weekend - if I get a chance. Have visitors all weekend. This is all done in the hoop, except I didn't curve the butterfly at the sides as I wanted the design straight sided. Love and blessings Chris

Nice job. Do most of you use a cotton fabric for your zip pouches with batting or interfacing of some kind?

I use curtain interlining in mine.
I always use cotton fabric and I used a soft batting in this instance. I think I'll just use another piece of cotton as it turned out to be too thick. Love Chris
