As promised the final result of my Owl-project. Thanks to Meganne for spliting the design and thanks to mops for creating a applique template. I manually sewed the applique on the sweater. So if my sister-in-law ever wants to change the applique to an other sweater, she can.

Yes, lucky I had some nice ladies helping me. The org desgin somehow did not get loaded on my machine, and then Somehow I not put it directly on the sweater.

Yes it sure took me lots of time. Plenty of stiches. And also I did not have the same colors. So selecting the right colors also took some time. But I think my sis- in- law will like it

Looks great and the colors are wonderful for the owl-theme. I'm jealous on people who could wear a sweater with something on the front. I'm too well endowed for appliques or even embroidery on the front ;o)
