I made a doll skirt and used hot glue to glue on the stripes. If I wash it will it come apart?

Better to use fabric glue. I spoke with a lady one day at Joann's, she was buying fabric with her granddaughter to make doll clothes. She doesn't sew them...she glues them! I thought that was unique.

yeah, but there is also special flue for fabric, if you let it dry for more than 24 hours it will be permanent, as long as you used cold water...***
