OK how come when in projects after looking at the beautiful creations I scroll down to give everyone flowers & most of them are zeros?

I always wonder that too, are we so busy that we can't pass out a few flowers along the way?

I think if you click on the refresh button on your browser header, you can make the flower remain in place.

I noticed all the zeros in the projects also. When I see zeros I don't leave flowers for the people that don't leave them. It's not just the new people, that don't leave flowers there's some of them with lots of flowers they don't leave them eithe

So glad that you commented on this - I agree with you totally. Nobody can be that busy all of the time ??? Not too busy to download the freebies anyway.

Yes the avaerage high flower count per post is about 10. So about a third give at least 1 flower.

I agree with you!
I love giving flowers, but I am disgusted with people who ignore them.
In life ... "is in giving that we receive."
A warm hug and ... flowers for all.

Actually I don't know how this 'flower' part works. How does one give a flower?

I'm afraid I don't sprinkle flowers willy nilly, but try to use them
a) to say thank you to people who have commented on my projects and designs in DBC. (I make sure that everyone gets one!)
b) to mark designs I have downloaded from DBC
c) to mark threads in community that I have answered
d) to give to individuals who have made a comment that I agree with.
If I did what some of you are suggesting, I would be sitting here all day!

I usually give flowers to the ones with zeros under my comments and to ones that I read so I know I did read it.

Dear Ladies: I have to say it may take an extra minute or two but if when on my vac I can take them to make someone else feel happy then I am blessed to do sew! The time that we take to pass on the "love" is nothing when we compare it to the time & preperation that we take when we create something! Sew taking that extra to give a flower can make the difference to someone who could be having a rough day & just lookiing for that little something in a flower! It says hey you did good & I'm glad that you are here & can share with us Thank you

I see that all the time now, not only in projects but the community posts. The other day I posted a reply, the 6 posts below me were still at 0. I gave them all a flower, just takes a few seconds. Hugs..Carol

I give flowers but they don't stay. I will click on it- it will show up and then when I go to the next page and return they are all back to what they originally were before I clicked. Been like that for months.

If you hit the refresh button they stay. Like I said, it's not just the new people, check out how many flowers some people have and they are not leaving flowers. I Love to give, and we all like to receive.
