ME Applique using Heat/bond instructions. the only thing he does not specify is which one. The heavy - not for sewing or the light, which requires sewing. Does it matter? If you have word you can right click image - copy or save, I put in word doc! easy to find!

i never use heat and bond for any applique. you can use a glue stick and it will hold the fabric down while you applique. works for me! Roberta

I would use the light Heat N Bond fused to the applique fabric.
The other one is way too heavy!
