Saint Patricks day project. I bought wooden frames at Ikea 3 for $1.99. I wanted to paint them but had no paint. I grabbed some fabric and mod podge and covered them. The design I don't remember where I got it but it did have a snowlady on it I left off. I really like this saying and may make a few more.
