Some of you have hear me and a few others here talk about Mary Jo's Fabric in Gastonia, NC (outside of Charlotte), well here is some pic. They are rearranged everything, and I almost got lost!... These pic are only a tip of the iceberg as it were... There is thousands of feet of fabric here. Any thing and everything, including trims, patterns, notions you name it!

DeVon, get on 85 and go past Charlotte toward Gastonia, it is on Cox Rd. Exit. Get off that exit take a left, go across the overpass and to the redlight, turn right and you will see it on the right at the end of the shops... Let me know if you want to meet up sometime. I would have to be there in morning as I have grandsons I pick up from school. I'm an hr. away from Gastonia. It's worth the drive.
by ramona 17 Mar 2012
DeVon,
That will make a wonderful trip. Hope you go and share your goodie pictures with us. Have fun!

Now Laura, I told you when you and DH were down south to give me a call and I'd meet you and we could go there. hehehheee. I'm actually still recouping from yesterday. It is a lot of walking and even though I start out good, I end up unable to move the next day. LOL... Hips and ankles really hurting...The price I pay for beautiful fabric. hehehe.

WOW...AND...WOW...

How are the prices??? estimate?
by keeponsewing 17 Mar 2012
IKR??? The prices range from 5.99 to 8.99. I did see some cotton for 9.50 which was rare, however if you are looking for bridal and such, the prices start at 3.00 and up to 45.00... But I'm sure y ou are wanting cotton right? Her prices are still the best for what you are getting. She carries, timeless treasures, MM, Kaffe, kaufman, Cornell, and lots of others. ;)

Oh it's up and running, but just not the easiest to surf around. But if you are looking for something in particular you can call and see if they have it. Their prices are a little under Paducah's prices

My DH complimented me yesterday for having a low amount on the MC. I reminded him I had been sick for 2 months. Going on a road trip here would only get me into deep, deep trouble. I have finally learned how to shop on the internet. Put everything thing in the shopping cart, go to check out and, hit the X button. If it is still there a week later the sales are usually over or I've changed my mind. LOL
This would be to much temptation for me right now.

OH! Is there an X button? hehehe.... I haven't learned that yet. LOL... Actually keeping the grandsons, has put a BIG dent in my and DH pocket...
