Embird users...When working in Studio, If I want to make a 2x2 design, do I have to use the hoop size of 2x2 or can I change the size of the design while I'm working on it? Sometimes when I'm working on a design I think it's to large or to small, and I haven't figured out how to change the size while working on it in Studio.

There's probably a very simple answer, but I guess it's not that easy when I don't know what I'm doing...lol

Thanks
Mary Ann

You can resize the design in Studio. If you are digitising over an image, you can't reset the hoop size, you'd have to remove the image to go bigger.
So at the start I set the hoop size to slightly larger than the size of the design - I want a small blank border around it when digitising - and use edit image to get that border.
If you are half way through, save the file, start again, import the image, digitise a short random line, the use Merge to import what you already digitised (you can't merge when there's no object), set that to the size that fits over your image and delete the line.
