Hello,

I have to reformat my computer, as one file is corrupt. So I have to uninstall Embird software. Can I reinstall Embird with the password provided by Embird? Thank you. God bless. Bernadette

There are instructions on the Embird web site on how to back up your passwords. You would put this information on a CD or a "thumb drive" so you can reimport it when you reload Embird.

Yes, if you have your password you should have no problem reloading Embird on your computer...

You should copy the file called 'passwords.klc' to a memory stick or something. You can find a copy of it by going to:

Start
My Computer
c: (the file will be near the bottom)

Then after you reinstall Embird you can copy the file back to that same location and your Embird should work fine.
