I just have to tell all my Cutie pals and to brag a bit. At the weekend I reached a huge milestone - I have lost 10 kilos since mid Jan. I am feeling so much better but have nothing to wear. Going out this morning on a shopping spree. Hugs Sarah.

How marvelous and what fortitude Sarah. You have added quite a few yrs to your life by doing this(at least that's what the Dr. keeps telling me if I would just lose a few more pounds) LOL We stay on diets in this house because it helps keep the BP down. I'm very proud of you./Lillian

Thank you all for your support. The shopping was a disaster. I am looking for summer things and all the winter things are coming into our shops. The only solution is to get down and make.
